Exchanges
I don't accept exchanges for items that have been worn for sanitary purposes.

Contact me within 3 days of delivery.

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery.

Cancellations

I don't accept returns or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. I will be happy to repair it and send it back to you.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Headwear

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale

 
Returns and exchange details

We do not accept returns due to the nature of our items being handmade and worn on the head. We do however can adjust or fix your item. It is our policy to try and fix any issue with our customers. If the item does not fit properly we can adjust it to accommodate you. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

We package each item with the utmost care. Using any packaging material we have to protect your handcrafted items so they arrive safely. Once the item leaves our facility the postal service provider is responsible for any and all damages to the item. If the item arrives in a damaged state you can contact the postal carrier with any concerns.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. But we can happily fix the item and resend it to the address provided on the order.

Payment

I offer direct payment options such as gift cards and all forms of major credit cards. I also offer paypal payments so feel free to buy as much of my product as you wish.

I do not offer cancellations so please buy with care.

Shipping

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Custom Orders

Custom orders will be considered and I will let you know if your request is possible along with an estimated total of the art request.

Custom creations take 7 to 14 business days to complete and ship three days after the order is complete.


A deposit is required to start every custom order and it is not refundable. (please buy with care)
